Best Site for Information?

I know about basic couponing and the concept of Super Couponing. Essentially you take these little discounts and mix them with sales in order to buy a large quantity of an item. I happen to notice that a lot of people use local groceries when it comes to performing their couponing feats and the groceries here don’t do anything like double couponing or have loyalty cards.

This brings me to my question. Where do you get your information on couponing to an extreme? How do you succeed when the circumstances are put against you? What are some of the things you focus on when you coupon or is any product open game?

I’m willing to jump into this and see what happens so toss me a rope and pull me out of the deep water.
