Printed Free Item Coupons

Does your supermarket accept/honor computer printed coupons for free items? My store is good with coupons in general but if it’s for a free item and it’s not a “real” coupon from the manufacturer, I may as well forget it because they won’t budge.

Lucky the places giving them out must be realizing that customers are having problems with them because I’ve seen fewer of them lately.
