Do I let my college sophomore get a credit card?
My oldest is a sophomore and while she doesn’t work during the school year, she has always had a summer job and has a substantial savings and stock fund that she built herself. She just got one of the credit card offers from Citi – Thank You rewards card. It has an extended low introductory period and no annual fee (not just waived for the first year). I can find information online, but was wondering if anyone here has experience with the Citi cards.
It is funny that as much as I know about banking and credit/credit cards, when it is my own child I’m rushing here to ask y’all what you think. 🙂
